Set in the world established in Order of the Sorcerer, Reuben struggles with his lack of magical prowess, meets with the other member of the coven, and has a strange encounter with the Anthem Police Department. A whimsical--albeit, frightening--tale, New Yet Familiar is the first installment of Curbside Pulp!: A shorter, more frequent collection of original stories.
